Good food, staff was a little overly excited about greeting people as they come in but over all not bad.

Went to the gingerbread house building event and employees are helpful and pleasant.

I've between here 3 times but haven't had a bad experience. The customer service is or is this works in a very good way. Party's for the hamburgers are made by hand. Haven't had anything but the burgers but they are delicious. They also walk around with here coffee on a cart and as a coffee lover that is awesome.

They have free events for kids. The balloon artist was great. The food is good but runs on the pricey side.

Good restaurant but the place is a little small and was too crowded when we went.

We bombarded this place with a big group all at once. Service was fast & all employees had a great attitude.

I've always had the best experience at culvers but twice in one day they screwed up our order. First time we went for dinner oder came out wrong. Then we returned to grab some frozen custard. Came out wrong and only got one spoon for 4 things of custard.

We are from the Peoria, IL area, and each time we meet to pick up our niece, we go to this Culver's for lunch. The service is spectacular and the food is always good.

Great food, not great service. I state the sauces I would like at the speaker, and they almost always give me NO sauces at all. Very disappointed.

Great food, clean environment and doesn't take too long to get your order. Tea is often out or has the 'aged' taste.

Great food! Butter burgers are flavorful and filling. Cheese curds are on point, as well. A little bit pricey, but worth it for the occasional treat. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I stop here every chance I get 😊.

Ordered the Reuben, Reuben was good. service was good. Just hard to give five stars to a place that serves Fast Food. The experience doesn't stack up to a sit down restaurant.

they’re rude. i handed them my card and a coupon for a free ice cream. cashier said “Jesus christ” under his breath as if he had a problem with doing his job.

Went to Six Flags and then to Culver's! When I'm in Eureka I love going here. The food is wonderful for the price point. The Buffalo Strips had a lingering heat, the fries were hot, and my frozen custard was fantastic as usual. They also went around giving free coffee! A great ending to a great day.

It was the best chicken I have had at a fast food restaurant ever. I will 100% recommend you try this one.

The cashier insisted that there would be 10-12 onion rings in the bag when asked due to previous experience. When they arrived there were 5. The meat on one burger was raw and sent back. They replaced the onion rings with it, which came with 7 that time. Everyone else's meal was correct, cooked well and as good as expected.

It's not easily visible from the highway turnoff but not too far either. I just prefer that if the signs say to exit, that the location be just off the exit, not behind businesses that are near the exit. The service is fast casual, you place your order, then sit down with a table number given to you by the cashier. We spent about 15 minutes for 2 ice cream orders, with a menu change for the flavor of the day, so plan your break accordingly if you're on a road trip.They have more than ice cream for the hungrier crowd, and there are ample tables indoors and I believe outdoors. The bathrooms are clean, but small, so order your ice cream before you're waiting on the bathroom line (for the women's room).

Best 10-piece shrimp dinner in Eureka MO. Very courteous staff. Offers free coffee to sitting diners.

The staff here are always very friendly and quick to help right when you walk through the door. It's never overly crowded, which is nice. The food is tasty and very filling for a fast food burger. If you're getting a soda, you've got to try their root beer. It's some of the best root beer you'll find!

OMG the Butter Burger was so good, I'm glad that we stopped here. The owner was at the register, the staff was busy cleaning and taking care of customers. This was a great stop in a very long trip, we got refreshed and ready to continue on to our final destination. We will be stopping here again.

Culver’s is a favorite of mine. I get the kids meal comes with flavor of the day and a drink. Alway delicious!

Usualy good but this time was different. The food was hangin off the bun not seasoned. The custard was good as always .

This is the epitome of what fast food is supposed to be! I ordered and they had it ready within minutes. The food is like sonic but a bit higher quality and it looks better too. I was impressed by their speed too. If you're in Eureka and need a quick bite go here.
